My New Toupee

Now it is June,
but back in May
I bought a cut-rate toupee
from a guy on Ebay.
It should arrive soon
and when it does I just may
wear it every single day,
in a totally non-ironic way.
See, my head is much like a moon
because all my hair went away.
I would’ve much preferred it go gray
if only that had meant it would stay.
