Escaping the Cave

If ever you begin to fear
that there’s no way out of here,
do not despair.
This cave is only guarded by a single bear.
And yes, he breathes fire when we go near,
but I think it is clear
that if you use this fireproof gear
which I’ve made while imprisoned here,
then you can probably get clear
of the fire-breathing bear.
True, this gear has not been tested
and I made it out of plastic bottles which were discarded,
however I think your chances are better than fleeting
as long as you go while the bear is sleeping.
