Today I did not get two different jobs, which sucked, but later I got to have a fascinating conversation with a kidnapping survivor, and that was really interesting. Anyway, life is weird. Here’s a picture of a power pole.

It rained a little yesterday which for some unholy reason means that I spent two humid hours this morning running through clouds of thousands of tiny bugs that stuck in my sweat and wiggled around on my body. And so now I’m never going to leave the house again.
